A plain-language summary of how CasriHub licensing works. This page will be finalized before public launch.
License
Your CasriHub purchase grants a lifetime license to use CasriHub Media Suite. The license is issued to you and must not be shared. Keep your license key private.
Device limits
Each license activates on one device by default. Your device activation can be reset within your allowance. Contact us if you need a higher device limit.
Lifetime access
Lifetime Access refers to the lifetime of the product’s development and availability. It includes free updates and is a one-time purchase with no recurring fees.
Acceptable use
You are responsible for using CasriHub in line with the rights and terms of the media you download and the platforms it comes from.
Orders & delivery
Orders are reviewed manually after payment. Once approved, your license is delivered by Telegram and/or email.
Refund Policy — 14-Day Guarantee
We stand behind CasriHub. If a genuine technical problem stops the app from working, we will make it right.
- You can request a full refund within 14 days of purchase if CasriHub Media Suite fails to work at all on your system due to a genuine technical issue.
- Contact support first and give us a reasonable chance to fix it. If we cannot resolve it, you receive a full refund.
- The issue must originate from our application — not from your device, operating-system configuration, network, or third-party software.
- After 14 days from purchase, orders are non-refundable.
- Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method, and the associated license is deactivated.
- Change of mind, unused licenses, and device-limit requests do not qualify for a refund.
